Since 1987, the Asian Whos Who has chosen the 'Asian of the Year' award to recognise and honour the outstanding contribution by an individual to the Asian community. This much coveted award has become well established and respected amongst the community and the press. Since 2005, to reflect the diversity of impact the Asian community is having on society and to recognise these achievements, the Asian Who's Who committee team have selected several annual leadership awards. These prestigous awards are announced annually alongside the Asian of the Year award and the launch of the Asian Who's Who book.
