The form fields have been structured so that
your entry appears in our standard format. Whether you complete
an entry online, or post to us please refer to an Example
Who's Who entry here, to ensure you adhere
to the guidelines. Please ensure any photos uploaded show
your face in portrait mode (refer to the above link for
an example photo size).
Photo images are published at 100 x 135 px, so please try
and keep to this ratio. If completing your entry online, please ensure any photo size submitted is no larger than 300K.
